DESCRIPTION :
The project achieves the “Air Quality Laboratory” endowment with equipments (portable analyzers, samplers, sonde de prelevare izocinetice, software licenses for the stored data processing, computers) that will allow the Priority Axis 2 objective reach through Research Development capacity increase and the fulfillment of the increasing demand from pollutant installation's operators for discontinuous pollutants concentrations measurements.
Also, the project aids the laboratory’s capacity increase to offer technical support for air pollutants emissions monitoring for the European Air Quality Directives implementation that require for Romania to reach environmental performances in accordance with the European air quality environmental policies.
The European Directives concerning the combustion units implementation process is in full development and requires strengthening not only for the institutional state capacity, but also for other bodies capable to offer pollutant emissions monitoring technical support.
